I don’t have a Dutch or Belgian bank account, nor Paypal – how can I pay?

Once you are ready to check-out, there will be three payment options displayed: IDEAL, Bancontact, and Paypal. Please select the Paypal option, even if you do not have a Paypal account. Instead of logging in or creating an account, click ‘Confirm Another Way’ or ‘Pay by Debit or Credit Card’ , which will enable you to continue without a Paypal account.

You can then pay via Direct debit authorization or with Credit/Debit card.

I’ve entered the wrong shipping address – what can I do?

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, please contact us at shop@sonicacts.com with the corrected information and order number as it appears in the confirmation email you received, and we will be happy to assist you. If your order has been processed, we apologize but we are unable to change the address.

My order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time — what can I do?

First, check your tracking number (if you received one). If you think your order is lost, please contact us at shop@sonicacts.com and we will be happy to assist you.

My items have arrived damaged – what should I do?

Please let us know right away. Within 30 days of receiving your order, we will do everything we can to replace or refund any damaged items.

I subscribed to Ecoes. When will I be charged?

If you opted for the One Time subscription, you will be charged once at check out and your subscription will expire at the end of the calendar year. If you opted for a Recurring subscription, you will be charged again on the same date your subscribed the following calendar year. If we’re not able to resolve a payment problem before the 31st of the month, then your membership will be automatically deactivated. If your membership is deactivated, you can rejoin by purchasing a new subscription at any time.

How do I change my shipping address?

You can update your shipping address at any time by:

·       Log into ‘My Account’. Located on the top menu bar.

·       On the right-hand side of the page you will see a menu, click on Addresses

·       Here you can see all the addresses we have on file for your subscription.

·       To change your address, click the edit icon  and enter your new shipping details. 

·       If you have any issues, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at shop@sonicacts.com

Why can’t I change my subscription shipping address to another country?

Shipping prices varies by country. If you can’t change the shipping address to what you need, please cancel your subscription and purchase a new one.

 

How do I cancel my Ecoes Subscription ?

You can update your shipping address at any time by:

·       On the right-hand side of the page you will see a menu, click on Subscriptions

·       Here you can see all active subscriptions.

·       To cancel, click the ‘Cancel Subscription’ link.

·       If you have any issues, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at shop@sonicacts.com

Please note that if you cancel your subscription after your payment has been taken (after the 21st of the month), your subscription will only expire at the end of next year. If you want to cancel your membership immediately, you’ll just need to contact us by email before the 31st so that we can deactivate your subscriptionand refund your most recent payment. 

Can I buy someone a gift subscription? 

Absolutely! Please add their contact details under the Shipping Info. And a note indicating that it is a present during checkout, that way we can also exclude the invoice or receipt when packing their order.
